Littleton, NH - Artist Linda Novak, of A Natural Moment invites the public to come to her reception on Friday May, 9th from 6-8 pm at Flora Latte, 17 Main St. in Littleton, NH. Her artwork will be exhibited at Flora Latte from May 4th-June 14th, 2008.
This self-taught artist from Littleton, NH focuses her attention and artwork on the natural world around her. Her admiration of the natural world is evident in her beautiful works depicting plants, animals, and landscapes in acrylic on canvas, watercolor, color pencil, and pen and ink.
Linda is a 5-year member of The Arts Gallery in Lisbon, NH, as well as a board member of the Ammonoosuc Region Arts Council. Other civic activities include being a VISTA Volunteer 1991-1993, and a graduate of The WREN Project 1 yr pilot program. She has been a vendor at the Littleton Farmers market since its inception and also sells at many of the local arts and craft fairs.
Linda has completed several mural projects including the “Bring Jose Home Project” for which she painted 3 murals for the Pequeno children in the bedrooms of their new home in 2006. In 2007 she painted 10 murals in 6 exam rooms for the North Country Pediatrics unit at Littleton Regional Hospital.
Linda currently has works on display at The Arts Gallery in Lisbon, The Artworks Cellar Gallery on 18 Main St. in Littleton, NH, and Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH. She will be the featured artist at The Arts Gallery in Lisbon, NH during the month of June 2008. Come and see her lovely artwork this month at Flora Latte and be prepared to smile!
